About the Role
As a member of the Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan Team, you'll play a critical role in driving enterprise innovations and product solutions for our commercial and exchange lines of business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Aetna, Caremark, and other CVS Health businesses, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that support our customers and members. Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for medical pharmacy (medications covered under medical benefits), providing support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative Strategies: Develop new strategies to drive client value, support members and providers, and produce cost savings/revenue for Aetna's medical pharmacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholder groups to ensure program portfolios meet legal, operational, and client standards.
- Operational Excellence: Operationalize new product offerings by solving business challenges, streamlining processes, and improving workflows.
- Program Management: Lead large-scale product development initiatives, including IT roadmaps, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively across the enterprise to understand stakeholder needs, identify problems, and design solutions.
- Risk Management: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, producing program reports for stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in account management, product management, or product development, preferably with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Health Plan, or Specialty pharmacy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic, complex environment with minimal oversight, demonstrating an agile mindset.
- Client Management: Capability to conduct and manage client meetings via phone, web, and in-person.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong structured and critical thinking abilities.
- Independent Judgment: High level of independent judgment and proactivity.
- Communication: Strong internal relationship skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across disciplines and levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or specialized training.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: The typical pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00, depending on experience, education, and geography.
