Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Multi-Channel Marketing
• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, podcasts, conferences, lead magnets, paid ads, and more.
• Drive qualified leads and booked calls to meet or exceed the company’s sales minimums.
• Use Hubspot to manage campaign execution, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
2. Team Development & Project Execution
• Build a lean team of contractors and vendors to execute across all key marketing functions.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, at a high standard, and with trackable ROI.
• Report on weekly KPIs and marketing outcomes.
3. Market Expansion & Brand Authority
• Clone existing successes in the moving niche and expand into new verticals or services.
• Support the CEO and President in building brand authority through podcasts, content, and thought leadership.
• Develop and promote lead magnets tailored to moving business owners and industry partners.
4. Paid Media, Events & Content Repurposing
• Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
• Organize and execute webinars, online conferences, and podcast interviews, turning them into repurposable content for organic and paid distribution.
• Maximize web conversions and SEO performance in collaboration with the web team.
5. CRM Management & Marketing Analytics
• Own the marketing dashboard, ensuring clear ROI tracking and campaign visibility.
• Clean and organize Hubspot contact records, clearly defining Lead, MQL, SQL, and Subscriber stages.
• Track lead performance by source and lifecycle stage to improve conversion strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in marketing leadership, growth roles, or demand generation—preferably in digital marketing or agency settings.
• Hands-on execution skills across digital marketing channels—email, social, webinars, ads, and CRM management.
• Exceptional Hubspot proficiency, including automation, segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and performance reporting.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to turn client success into urgency-driven content.
• Data-first mindset with the ability to track ROI, forecast results, and optimize accordingly.
• Proficiency in paid media, funnel strategy, webinar production, podcast coordination, and lead gen automation.
• Team-building experience – able to identify talent gaps and onboard contractors/vendors with speed and precision.
• Event marketing experience, both virtual and in-person, with a focus on generating pipeline from industry engagements.
