Key Responsibilities

• Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method^™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting, ensuring each student receives the support they need.
• Continuously assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies as needed.
• Become proficient in the use of digital educational materials and processes, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn math.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel as a Math Instructor and Tutor at Mathnasium of Chicago-West Loop, you should possess:

• A strong passion for math and a proven track record of excellence in mathematical subjects, with competency through at least Algebra I.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
