The Impact You'll Make

As the Manager, Affiliate & AENB Governance Reporting, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of various team presentations, including those for senior leaders, committees, and regulators. You'll report to the Director, Enterprise Affiliate Management Governance, Monitoring, and Reporting, and directly support the VP, Affiliate & AENB Governance in team-wide strategy and ad hoc projects. Your role will be pivotal in driving the team's success through strategic thinking, project management, and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations for senior leaders, committees, and regulators, breaking down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
  • Business Plan and Strategic Priorities: Support the VP in developing and overseeing the business plan and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Operational Budget Management: Manage an operational budget, demonstrating proven ability to handle financial responsibilities.
  • Strategic Support and Projects: Provide strategic support on complex issues and lead ad hoc strategic projects as required, showcasing your ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, including core business partners, other teams across AENB, and across the organization, to drive results.
  • Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and own the internal communications strategy for the Affiliate & AENB Governance team, ensuring effective messaging and engagement.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support defining and driving forward Affiliate & AENB Governance strategic initiatives, contributing to the team's success and growth.
