About the Role
The Manager - Pay Over Time Portfolio Management is a critical role within our Product Management and Lending organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing growth opportunities, developing effective portfolio monitoring tools, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth opportunities using internal and external data sources, and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Design and lead effective portfolio monitoring tools, sharing key insights and trends with leadership and partners to drive business outcomes
- Understand and track the economics of lending growth levers, such as Pay Over Time limit, pricing offers, and merchant rewards offers, to optimize business performance
- Develop a portfolio growth decomposition framework, supervising performance against financial plans and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with key partners, including Risk, Pricing, Finance, Premium Products, and Marketing, to drive cross-functional alignment and business growth

- Methodical: You're a strong project manager with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, knowing when, where, and how to prioritize optimally and courageously
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, prior knowledge of SQL/HIVE and/or Python is preferred, as well as experience in a related field or industry.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $155,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. The actual salary will depend on various factors, including location, experience, and job-related factors.
