Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate 2s and 3s Lead Teacher to join our team at The Noble Academy, Inc. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a developmentally appropriate program for children, designing engaging weekly lesson plans, and maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and education of our children, while also adhering to licensing regulations and our institution's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a developmentally appropriate program for children, tailored to their unique needs and interests
- Design and implement weekly lesson plans that promote learning, creativity, and fun
- Engage in classroom activities with children, fostering a sense of community and socialization
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the health and safety of all children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations and our institution's policies, ensuring compliance and excellence
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2+ years of experience in a childcare facility, as well as 24 clock hours of training related to the care of children within 1 month after hire or promotion. You must also be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check, and a Skin Tuberculosis test. Additionally, you will be required to complete 13 hours of online training before starting work. Reliable transportation is necessary, and a genuine desire to work with children in a childcare setting is essential.

- 2+ years of experience in a childcare facility
