Key Responsibilities

As a fitness app casting member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our fitness app and social media channels. This will include:

• Providing creative social media content to be posted to our social media channels
• Cueing and demonstrating proper body alignment and form
• Programming content in alignment with industry standards for a variety of fitness levels using Sunny Health & Fitness equipment
• Ensuring a safe and enjoyable training environment through significant and suitably challenging programming

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work well with others and create a positive and supportive training environment
• A professional certification from a reputable organization such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSA, ACM, ANSI, NCEP, or AFAA
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a certified group fitness coach or instructor, or personal trainer

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
• 2+ years of experience as an on-camera instructor and the ability to present with confidence, warmth, and expertise
• A love for music and experience teaching dance, choreography, or movement tied to a beat
• The ability to improvise verbal cues and inspirational motivation
