Position Overview

As a Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Assistant at StretchLab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional stretching experiences to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide one-on-one assisted stretches, lead guided group stretching classes, and contribute to the growth and success of our studio. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and effective stretching experience for each individual
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people
• Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry developments
• Handle member concerns when applicable, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, contributing to the growth and success of our studio
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing your passion for stretching and wellness with our online community

Essential Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
• Fitness certification required, with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people, with excellent communication skills and empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve their goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service
