Responsibilities

Remote Content Writer

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various purposes, including promotional materials, blog posts, social media content, and more.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Content Development, to align content with company objectives.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to Netflix's style and brand guidelines.
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and engagement across different platforms.

Sr Expert, Sales Incentive Compensation

• Program Development: Design and implement a new Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) program to support the Advertising business.
• Analytical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to inform SIC program design, standard setting, and management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, finance, HR, talent, legal, and other Netflix teams to set and control SIC policies and programs.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and develop solutions to support the SIC program.
• Change Management: Communicate program changes and updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Remote Content Writer

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field.
• Skills:
