Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to address applicant queries.
- Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and resolve applicant questions efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
- Show strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Stay knowledgeable about our application programs to offer top-notch support to applicants.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Technical savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

- Capacity to handle a high volume of interactions across phone, email, and chat channels.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- U.S. work authorization.
