Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to our high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and ensure that our members receive the support they need. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. If you thrive in an outbound call center setting and are comfortable with making 60+ calls per day, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management
  • Managing a high volume of calls, with work assigned through Excel
  • Reaching out to 30 new members every day, with the goal of making three outreaches at different times and days within our turnaround time (TAT)
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing basic software skills, including ERP and CRM systems, to manage member interactions and update records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve member issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an outbound call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal sensitivity, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently update records
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA) designation or equivalent
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of case management principles and practices
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in an outbound call center environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
