About the Role

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat.

- Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Handle a high volume of customer support requests, utilizing excellent writing skills, email etiquette, and CRM/support tool experience.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years old with a reliable internet connection.
- No prior experience is required, but prior experience in customer support or chat support is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette.
- 1 year of chat support experience is preferred.
- CRM/support tool experience is a plus.
