About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be motivated to provide top-notch support and have excellent communication skills. If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written), have a good command of English and Russian (B2 level), and a keen interest in technology, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written)
  • Good command of English and Russian (B2 level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of technology and industry trends
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
