Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for processing online orders via phone and email, troubleshooting order issues, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. You will work independently from the comfort of your own home, Monday through Friday is not included but Saturday through Wednesday, 2pm-11pm Eastern Standard Time. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving order issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all documentation, receipts, and transactions are completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Monitor orders and ensure timely fulfillment, communicating with customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to administrative procedures and company standard operating procedures.
- Perform opening and closing paperwork, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service and online order processing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain focused on goals and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
