Your Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex customer issues and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level customer issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
  • Assist Policyholders with Billing Questions: Provide support to policyholders with billing questions and concerns, and help them navigate our systems and processes.
  • Support Policyholders with Policy Changes: Assist policyholders with policy changes and provide recommendations to adjust as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues and share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. Here are some key qualifications:

  • 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues.
  • Over 18 Years of Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Ability to Type 25 WPM: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • High School Graduate or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: You should be comfortable working with desktop computer systems and software applications.
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 6 Months Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Availability to Work Various Shifts: You should be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You should be comfortable working with Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: You should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements: You should have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
