Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Advisor to join our Partner & Customer Service team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in planning, developing, and implementing processes that deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience. Your focus will be on continuous improvement activities that enable our contact centers to efficiently and effectively resolve partner and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies for process changes to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility before rollout, delivering programs, products, or systems that support partner and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on implementation projects that impact partners and customers, collecting and communicating project and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives targeting key performance indicators for the contact centers, collaborating on documenting improved process flows validated by process success metrics.
  • Maintain documentation standards and templates for contact center materials based on industry-standard best practices, ensuring all documentation is formatted and maintained appropriately.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead others.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Skill in applying project management methodology.
  • Ability to lead moderately complex processes and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean/Six Sigma experience.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
