Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone, identifying and resolving their technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated and ensure that all issues are properly documented.
- Work towards established goals and targets, which will help you develop professionally and grow in your role.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our services.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish (spoken and written).
- Resident in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad).
- High level of English language proficiency.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn and tackle technical challenges.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- A dedicated workspace with a stable broadband connection.

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Familiarity with technology and software applications.
