Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, responding to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with care.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
