**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our client's brand, providing direct customer service and technical support to users of their course products and platforms. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing technical issues, and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations. This is a fully remote opportunity, working in PST hours, with a competitive hourly rate of $17.50.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide direct customer service and technical support to users of our client's course products and platforms via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer inquiries and address technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems and think creatively to find solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and product knowledge
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Background in a customer-facing role, with experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong relationship management skills, with high levels of professionalism, maturity, and enthusiasm
