US-Store Leader

Lead and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to provide expert knowledge and advice to customers and team members.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring appropriate levels of stock and timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Train and mentor team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaborate with other store leaders and corporate teams to share best practices and implement company initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve store operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Represent the company and uphold its values and brand image at all times.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, providing training and ongoing development opportunities.
Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
