Investigations Lead (Remote Eligible) - Part-Time or Consultant Status
About the position
Responsibilities
• Leads the investigation functions of a project, including the review of dispensers, pharmacies, and manufacturers' practices to ensure adherence to federal statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Manages investigators and develops necessary investigation processes to ensure timely, thorough, and unbiased investigations.
• Develops an investigation strategy and approach to ensure investigations are completed in accordance with contract timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborates extensively with clients, partners, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience with leading large, complex investigations in a regulatory or government setting.
• Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations, especially those related to pharmaceutical pricing and compliance with government programs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
