Customer Service Agent - Graveyard Shift (Work From Home)
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to the company, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. This position is specifically for graveyard shift.
Duties:
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriately
• Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
• Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
• Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
• Become a knowledge expert
Requirements:
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic software and web knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Work well with others, and be willing to help team members
• Ability to problem solve
• High attention to detail
• Reliability - As you work remotely, you will need to be available to supervisors and be trusted to adhere to your assigned schedule
