About the Role

As a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. You'll be responsible for pulling and preparing orders, replenishing shelves, and loading merchandise into customer vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy
• Assist with loading merchandise, including large appliances, into customer vehicles
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols

Essential Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and potentially lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance
• Basic computer skills, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience, preferably in a home improvement or hardware store
• Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position
• Experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials

Skills and Competencies
