Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through live chat platforms, including Facebook Messenger. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions to customer inquiries. You will work independently, using digital tools to respond to customer messages, answer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts.
