Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collect information to aid a wide variety of ERM and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall regions.
• Collect and process information from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses; design dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping danger and measuring the maturity of associated controls; build custom reports as needed.
• Apply knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing danger.
• Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
• Provide input on new and emerging danger regions using data-driven analysis.
• Solicit comments and help with the continuous development of our ERM and danger evaluation processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Deep SQL knowledge and talent in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
• Experience operating on legal, compliance, ERM, or danger evaluation matters.
• Adeptness at generating impactful visualizations and using data to "inform a story."
• Ability to code using R or Python.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• A growth mindset and experience learning new things.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
