Working remotely on a 3rd shift schedule (11pm-7am), you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and providing timely solutions to customer concerns. Your expertise and professionalism will be instrumental in building trust with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers, providing timely and effective support for loan inquiries and payment arrangements.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, ensuring that records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize basic business math skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers, listening actively to their concerns and responding empathetically.
