Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Developer: Visualize key metrics and progress towards goals, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyst: Leverage your perception and visualization expertise to support a mature team of Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Iterative Dashboard Design: Collaborate with teams, gather feedback, and refine end products to ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Characterize the Current State of Workflow: Profile complex systems, document them, and identify areas for improvement.
• Insights: Uncover patterns and trends in large fact sets, driving data-driven decision-making.
• Change Agent: Work directly with partner teams to translate insights into tangible wins, driving process improvements and growth.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
• Ability to turn research into perception: develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and provide action plans to all levels of leadership.
• Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization.
• Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.
• B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery.
• Experience in Software Development: understanding build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code.
• Product Ownership: proven experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics.
• Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate teams towards a unified goal.
