We're offering a hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday, and spend Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternate Fridays in our Irvine, California office. Key Responsibilities
- Process product complaints through various communication channels, including queues and other media.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
