Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Product Management expert. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our clients and driving the development of our customer insight products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our Client Investigation Center item procedure, ensuring that our internal buyers have access to high-quality, straightforward client analysis and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the turn of events and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to build quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences.
- Defining and communicating a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center.
- Ensuring tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing client data and character.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital character, client analysis, data security, and protection, and identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Collaborating with Designing, blithequark Interface, Data Adventures, blithequark, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch client analysis arrangements with a strong emphasis on data security and client protection.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Strong understanding of data security, protection, and client digital character.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
