Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for working remotely from home, utilizing your expertise to scrub, research, validate, and enter data into our systems. Your primary focus will be on provider contract records, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our clients' Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also be responsible for researching and installing healthcare provider contracts, verifying provider information, and analyzing data to identify potential problems and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrub, research, validate, and enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Update status in customer systems, ensuring timely completion of transactions
  • Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information and contract accuracy
  • Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
  • Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
  • Apply Healthcare and Insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and ensure compliance with client SLAs
  • Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems, escalating to more proficient team members when necessary
  • Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work
  • 1+ year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, including data entry, clerical, or customer service roles
  • 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen management, and learning new software tools
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, in a professional/office setting
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment
  • Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Training and Development

All new hires will be required to successfully complete our comprehensive training course, which will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your proficiency in the material and receive feedback from our experienced trainers.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a temporary, remote position, with a required schedule availability of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Please note that the shift schedule may be subject to change based on client requirements. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your own computer and internet connection to access our systems and complete your tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
