Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and efficient data entry tasks from various sources into our database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Review and verify information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data quality standards.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in data cleanup and validation activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, healthcare, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools.
