Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will handle live chat messages for our clients on their websites and social media accounts, providing timely and effective support to customers and potential customers. You will work independently, setting your own hours, with a minimum of 10 hours per week, and enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat customer support to clients on their websites and social media accounts
- Handle incoming customer support questions, including sales inquiries and support requests from existing customers
- Respond to common questions about discounts, shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and more
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Requirements and Qualifications
