Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. You will be an advocate for our customers, working to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, working to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Advocate for customers, working to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the support they require.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our software systems to document customer information and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, working to continuously improve our customer service processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • High-speed internet access, DSL connection or cable modem (wireless connections not accepted).
  • A smart cell phone for accessing a security token application.
