**Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk – Digital Database Management & Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry & Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
* **Data Verification & Quality Control**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data integrity.
* **Research & Documentation**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* **Reporting & Storage**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security.
* **Document Scanning & Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management tasks.
* **Customer Support**: Providing exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think analytically and critically, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
