Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll work collaboratively with our team to invigorate our clients and fulfill our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Card Members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
- Welcome and greet Card Members upon arrival, offering access to the lounge and its amenities.
- Take ownership of the client's experience, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to build loyalty.
- Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our Card Members.
- Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited reservation assistance.
- Collaborate with our food and beverage relaxation partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making decisions quickly and efficiently to prioritize the Card Member's experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of recent experience catering to premium clients.
- Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, charming clients with every interaction.
- The ability to listen to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction.
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your application:
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of clients.
- Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and the ability to adapt quickly.
