Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all customers receive timely and attentive service
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, providing them with convenient and suitable time slots
• Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that every customer experience meets our high standards of excellence
