About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes
  • Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs and expectations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with a strong internet connection and a clean and quiet workspace
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
