Key Responsibilities

The Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Placing outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and responding to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
  • Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document generation
  • Creating and resolving customer service issue tickets in a efficient and effective manner
  • Assisting in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handling special management projects, as well as overflow work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet research activities
  • Managing the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and directing and seating all guests to their designated offices and meeting rooms
  • Performing general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
  • Responsible for inspecting supply products and ensuring that all necessary materials are available
