Job Summary
We're looking for a Customer Care Expert to join our team of delivery experts, who will play a key role in managing functions aimed at developing strategic growth opportunities for both our clients and business owners. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for implementing business processes that align with committed standards and service level agreements, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Positive Relationships: Utilize different communication platforms to engage with clients or business owners, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.
- Knowledge Source: Serve as a knowledge source for existing processes and contribute to the development of new business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Customer Champion: Be a champion in addressing customer needs, providing technical support, sales, and other business-to-business functions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Research and Analysis: Perform necessary research and analysis to provide proper resolution and ensure quality of services rendered, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize available resources and convert each client interaction into potential growth opportunities for the business.
- Additional Functions: Complete other related functions depending on business needs, while maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
- Working Experience: At least one (1) year of related working experience in a BPO setup or similar industries, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Business Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to engage in consultative conversations and connect with clients or business owners in a professional manner.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized support and resolve routine problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge is required, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to basic IT technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Standard Certifications: Industry standard certifications are preferred but not required, particularly for technical positions.
- Microsoft Office Tools: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other applications.
- Shifting Schedules: Amenable to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in the account location, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.

Location and Language Requirements
Our office is located in PHL Quezon City - Tera Tower 11th Floor. We're looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
