Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a work-from-home representative, you'll handle inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Authorize sales and process transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience.
  • Confidence using a computer and ability to manage multiple windows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to type while talking.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of our Kansas City, KS location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
