Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a Client Outreach Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for a mix of outbound calls, emails, chats, meetings, webinars, and more. You'll work closely with our executives, including the CEO and vice presidents, to build relationships with potential customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make targeted calls to potential customers, building relationships and setting appointments.
- Executive Meetings: Meet with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents, to discuss business opportunities and build partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Set appointments and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Webinars and Online Conferences: Attend online conferences and webinars to engage with potential customers and promote our solutions.
- Objection Handling: Navigate and overcome initial objections and questions from potential customers.
- Documentation: Document relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: 1 year of experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales.
- English Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate on the phone and via email.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Phone Etiquette: Experience with phone etiquette best practices.

- Appointment Scheduling: 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling.
