Job Overview
We're looking for dedicated and independently licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) to deliver essential behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or onsite, allowing you to determine your own schedule and caseload as either a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor. With immediate openings available, you can start making a positive impact in the lives of others right away.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and create tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of individuals within Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Provide psychotherapy and offer consultations both in-person at SNFs and remotely via our advanced Telehealth software, ensuring seamless communication and care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation through our EMR system (Athena I), maintaining the highest standards of quality care and compliance.
- Uphold agency policies and procedures to guarantee quality care, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field of mental health.
- Current licensure in Washington State as LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC, showcasing your professional credentials and qualifications.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Professional Liability Insurance is necessary, providing protection and peace of mind in your practice.
- Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is advantageous, highlighting your ability to work with diverse populations and insurance providers.
- Compliance with vaccination requirements may be mandated by certain facilities, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to safety.
- Current TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are essential, ensuring your readiness to respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
In addition to these essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, enabling you to navigate our EMR system and Telehealth software with ease.
- Exceptional written communication abilities, allowing you to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong attention to detail combined with organizational skills, ensuring you can manage your caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and effectiveness in high-pressure situations, demonstrating your resilience and commitment to delivering quality care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range based on licensure and billable hours, between $42,000 and $95,000 annually, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your expertise and hard work. In addition to our competitive compensation package, we provide:
