Job Summary

As a Clinical Instructor for Nurse Assistant Program, you will play a crucial role in teaching individuals the skills and knowledge needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and pass the California CNA State Test. Your primary responsibility will include planning, teaching, and evaluating course participants in the classroom and clinical skills performance, leading to successful completion of the program. You will provide a quality program that meets state regulations and compliance standards, as well as meet the expectations of our course participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver instruction in the Nurse Assistant Training program, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education in nursing principles and practices
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback, guidance, and support to ensure successful completion of the program
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism

Essential Qualifications
