Job Summary

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring products are well-positioned and effectively marketed, and encouraging customers to make purchases. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient customer service to clients who visit the store in person or contact through phone and email
  • Assist customers with their purchases and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure products are well-positioned and effectively marketed to drive sales
  • Communicate with customers to find solutions and provide personalized experiences
  • Work in a commission-based environment and meet sales targets

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One or more years of work experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
  • Customer service experience
