Job Summary
We're looking for smart, high-energy Customer Support Representatives to join our remote-first team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark to our customers, helping them navigate our platform and resolving any issues they may encounter. You'll become an expert in our platform, teaching financial advisors how to get the most out of it, and providing top-notch support to our customers. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Become an expert in the blithequark platform, staying up-to-date on new features and developments to effectively support our customers.
- Teach financial advisors how to get the most out of our platform, providing training and guidance to help them succeed.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, using your instincts and judgment to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing feedback to improve our support processes and overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving instincts, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Comfortable with technology, able to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in finance or business, or relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the financial advisory or software industries.
- Knowledge of the financial advisory business, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience working with software products or platforms.
