The CSA role is available in various formats: on-site in Bemidji, MN, or Minneapolis, MN; remote (must reside in Minnesota); or hybrid (a combination of both). This flexibility allows you to choose the work arrangement that best suits your needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and inquiries using our telephonic and computer software systems.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide personalized solutions and achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive, and empathetic communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team call handling targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure thorough call documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
- Prioritize issues, respond accordingly, and go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
