About the Role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist at blithequark is a dynamic position that involves collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization to make informed sourcing decisions. You will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for professional services, including running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
• Evaluate suppliers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria to identify the best-fit partners.
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures.
• Analyze bids to identify opportunities to achieve the best value and prepare negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology.
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration to ensure successful partnerships.
• Develop and execute performance management programs with suppliers to focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices.
• Communicate and document key external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making.
• Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of industry best practices.
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in services category sourcing.
• The ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Strong strategic agility and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Internal client awareness and the ability to work in diverse environments.
• Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions.
• Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements.
• Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:

• Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services.
• A background in Professional Services Sourcing.
• Consulting/Advisory experience.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required for this role.
