Job Summary
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through live chats, and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting a positive and lasting experience.
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that every interaction is informative and engaging.
- Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
