Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry operations efficiently in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts.
- Participate in the development and ongoing execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet QM targets.
- Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP.
- Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and help create remedial action plans.
- Create audit tools for all populations and track the fulfillment of remedial action plans.
- Complete data entry on all audit tools and participate in finishing inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
- Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management processes.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in healthcare or social wellbeing.
- The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:
- RN or LPN Clinical Record QM Auditing Experience and/or Case Management Experience.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
