Key Responsibilities

• Manage data entry operations efficiently in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts.
• Participate in the development and ongoing execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet QM targets.
• Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP.
• Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and help create remedial action plans.
• Create audit tools for all populations and track the fulfillment of remedial action plans.
• Complete data entry on all audit tools and participate in finishing inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
• Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management processes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare or social wellbeing.
• The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• RN or LPN Clinical Record QM Auditing Experience and/or Case Management Experience.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
