Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Telemarketer at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through outbound and inbound calling, appointment setting, and lead management. Your primary objectives will include:
- Utilizing a dialer or VOIP system to make outbound calls and set appointments with potential clients
- Prospecting for new business opportunities and following up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis
- Managing and organizing leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Tracking and conveying productivity and sales metrics to management, providing insights for process improvement
- Qualifying leads to determine motivation, competition, and financial specifics, and conveying this information to real estate agents

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
